This website is run for the Tim Kelly campaign for election to the Scottish Parliament (East Kilbride constituency and South Scotland regional list), 7th May 2026. When you donate, the payment processor (Stripe) collects the information needed to process the payment and verify donor permissibility under UK electoral law. We retain the donor's name, address, amount, and date as legally required.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with Reform UK centrally unless you separately consent. Donor records must be declared to the Returning Officer after the election as legally required.
